Legal & Policies
1. General Terms and Conditions
1.1 Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the VANTÉ website and purchases made through our online store. They explain the rights and obligations of both VANTÉ and our customers.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have been provided with these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
VANTÉ may update these terms from time to time. Changes will not retroactively alter the contractual rights of customers who have already placed an order.
1.2 Use of the Website
The website may only be used for lawful purposes.
Users may not distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security or engage in fraudulent activity.
1.3 Products and Orders
Products are offered subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices and photographs. Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on lighting and display settings.
Customers receive confirmation of their order by email. If an error or availability issue affects an order, VANTÉ will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Prices and any applicable taxes or additional charges are displayed during checkout. Available payment methods are shown before the order is placed.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Shipping Costs
VANTÉ offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase amount.
Standard shipping costs are covered by VANTÉ. Any applicable import duties, local taxes or customs charges will be communicated as required by law.
2.2 Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be affected by holidays, high order volumes or unexpected operational delays. Customers will be informed of significant delays where appropriate.
Customers receive shipping information once their order has been dispatched.
2.3 Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided by email after dispatch, allowing customers to follow the progress of their shipment.
Customers should provide accurate shipping and contact information. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible.
2.4 Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimates do not include order processing time unless stated otherwise.
Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier disruptions may affect delivery estimates. Any delays will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, applicable consumer law generally requires delivery within 30 days. Customers retain their statutory rights if delivery is delayed or goods are not delivered.
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with the seller until the customer, or a designated recipient, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
Eligible consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform VANTÉ of their decision within the applicable period. Requests can be sent to: contact.vantestore@gmail.com .
Following notification of withdrawal, customers must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying VANTÉ, unless another arrangement has been agreed.
3.2 Return Conditions
Customers may inspect a product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please return the watch with its included accessories and, where reasonably possible, its original packaging. Missing packaging alone does not automatically eliminate statutory withdrawal rights.
Customers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the product, in accordance with applicable law.
3.3 Return Shipping Costs
For voluntary returns under the right of withdrawal, direct return shipping costs may be payable by the customer, provided this was clearly communicated before purchase.
If an item is defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, applicable consumer rights and remedies remain available. Customers will not be charged costs that the seller is legally required to bear.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal will generally be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made within 14 days after VANTÉ is informed of the withdrawal. Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied, whichever occurs first.
Refunds include payments required to be reimbursed under applicable law. Additional costs for an expressly selected premium delivery method may be excluded where legally permitted.
VANTÉ does not charge administrative or restocking fees for the exercise of statutory withdrawal rights.
4. Pre-Orders
4.1 Applicability
A pre-order is an order for a product that is not yet available for immediate dispatch. This section applies only where products are explicitly offered for pre-order.
Any applicable pre-order status and estimated delivery information will be communicated before the customer completes the purchase.
4.2 Processing and Delivery
Pre-order products may require additional preparation time. The applicable estimated delivery period will be stated with the product.
If a pre-order is delayed, VANTÉ will communicate relevant updates and respect applicable customer rights.
4.3 Payment
Payment timing and any applicable pre-order conditions will be disclosed before the customer places an order.
4.4 Cancellation and Withdrawal
Customers can contact VANTÉ to request changes or cancellation before dispatch. Requests will be handled according to the order status and applicable law.
Pre-order conditions do not remove statutory withdrawal, delivery or conformity rights.
5. Warranty and Defective Products
5.1 Two-Year Warranty
Eligible watches sold by VANTÉ include a 2-year commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the warranty terms.
The commercial warranty is valid for two years from delivery of the product. This warranty is additional to the customer's statutory rights regarding product conformity.
5.2 Defective Products
If a watch arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact.vantestore@gmail.com .
Customers are encouraged to provide their order number, a description of the issue and photographs where useful to help us assess the claim.
Valid claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty conditions and statutory consumer rights. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, as legally appropriate.
5.3 Warranty Exclusions
Ordinary cosmetic wear resulting from normal use is generally excluded from the commercial warranty, unless it constitutes a covered defect.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized alterations or improper handling may fall outside commercial warranty coverage.
Water-related damage resulting from use beyond the stated water-resistance specification may be excluded from the commercial warranty. Refer to the individual product specifications.
Nothing in these exclusions affects mandatory legal guarantees or rights arising from a product's failure to conform to the contract.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
Original website text, branding, designs and other materials created or licensed for VANTÉ are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Product names, photographs, logos and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective rights holders.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website information is accurate and up to date. Errors will be corrected when identified.
8.2 Limitations
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
9.1 Customer Support
Customers are welcome to contact VANTÉ before initiating a payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
We aim to investigate enquiries fairly and provide an appropriate response in a reasonable timeframe.

Where relevant, VANTÉ may provide legitimate order documentation to payment providers for the resolution of disputes, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Customers retain all applicable legal rights to refunds, chargebacks and dispute resolution.
9.3 Fraudulent Activity
Suspected fraudulent activity may be investigated and reported to relevant payment providers or authorities where appropriate.
